Co-Pays, Deductibles and Patient Portions:

We verify the amount we are told by your insurance that is your responsibility.  Your portion is payable the day you come in to be seen.  Occasionally, insurance companies error and once the payment is made by them you may own additional amounts, which you will become responsible to pay.

 

What billing or insurance information will I receive?

​You should receive the same copy of your bill for the insurance company as we do. After your insurance has paid, if you have an additional balance we will try to notify you and will send a statement of the balance due.

Please pay promptly to avoid late fees or collections.

How long will it take to get things settled with the insurance company?

Generally, it takes from 14 to 60 days to obtain payment from an insurance carrier.​

​I received a notice that my insurance company has paid on my bill -- but I can't understand how they calculated their payment amount. Do you know?
